Sixth Form Arrangements for 18th and 19th March 2020
This is a notice regarding arrangements for Year 12 and 13 over the next two days.
Wednesday 18th March
Year 12 students
- Students will be dismissed at 1.10pm today. This is because usually they have enrichment on Wednesday afternoons. Under the circumstances, enrichment has been cancelled.
Year 13 students
- Students who do not have a lesson during Period 5 are free to leave at 1.10pm
Students are able to have lunch in school before they leave, if they wish.
Thursday 19th March and Friday 20th March
Year 12 students
- Students should come in at 9am if they have a timetabled lesson, other than Supervised Study
- All students should be in from 10am, regardless of what lessons they have
- Students who have Supervised Study timetabled for BOTH periods 4 and 5 will be free to leave at 12.20pm
- Students with timetabled lessons Period 4 and / or Period 5 should stay on site
- Students will not need to attend morning registration
Year 13 students
- Students should attend their timetabled lessons only
- Students are still free to use the Library and The Space for revision during free periods
- Students will not need to attend morning registration
- Students should not leave site to go home if they have afternoon lessons
