Notice to staff, former colleagues, pupils, parents and governors:
It was with overwhelming sadness that we received notification on Tuesday 14th April that our former member of staff, Mr Masud Mahmood, had passed away in hospital.
Mr Masud started work at Sir John Cass Red Coat School over 30 years ago. He was a highly valued member of staff, a good friend to many colleagues and well known and respected by many parents with whom he worked closely for many years. He retired from school 2 years ago.
Mr Masud will be missed by all of the SJCR community; both those here now and all former Cassians.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Mr Masud’s family at this very sad time.
